I think the aisle at Lewes Castle has got to be the most spectacular we have played a Bride down (or up?) at least one hundred step up the side of the hill to the bailey, she was all smiles though when she got to the top (if, quite understandably, a little out of breath!).
We played some light classical music while the guests arrived and then played the bride down the aisle to Pachelbels Canon in D, the register was signed in one of the only remaining turrets of the castle while the guests sat in the courtyard and we entertained them with A Thousand Years by Christina Perry and How Long Will I Love You by Ellie Goulding.
What a way to get married! You can't get more fairy-tale than getting married in a castle, believe it or not it's not the first castle we've played in but something about the castle being mostly ruined just makes even more atmospheric!
